- we are looking for an experienced production support engineer (l2/l3) with strong expertise in aws cloud, devops tools, and hands‐on experience in managing critical production environments.
- the idóneo candidate will be responsible for incident management, troubleshooting, automation, and ensuring high availability of applications.

key responsibilities

- monitor and support production systems ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance.
- perform l2/l3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification.
- handle on‐call support, escalations, and coordinate with cross‐functional teams.
- manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure in aws
- implement automation using devops tools such as git, jenkins, docker,



kubernetes, ansible, terraform (as applicable).
- develop and maintain shell scripts, automation scripts, or utility scripts for operational efficiency.
- ensure adherence to slas, perform change management, and support release deployments.
- analyze recurring issues and contribute to rca documentation.
- collaborate with development teams to resolve application-level issues.
- utilize prompt‐based tools/ai assistants for faster diagnosis, code understanding, and operational queries.
