we are hiring a head of operations & ai enablement to build and scale our staffing and

eor operations into a high-performance, revenue-generating engine.

this is not a support role. This is not a management-only role. This is a revenue-driving

leadership role through operations.

what you’ll do:

operations ownership

● own and scale staffing and eor operations end-to-end

● lead recruitment, delivery, and client success

● build high-performance, revenue-driven teams

● ensure consistent delivery, client satisfaction, and growth

revenue through operations

● turn operations into revenue growth, retention, and expansion

● improve time to quote, close, and revenue activation

workflows, systems & execution

● design and optimize operational workflows

● improve speed, efficiency, and consistency

● eliminate bottlenecks and manual inefficiencies

automation & digital execution

● implement automation across operations and quoting

● increase output and accuracy

● reduce manual work

deal coordination & execution

● align sales, quoting, and operations

● improve deal quality, close rates, and revenue activation

● proven experience owning operations end-to-end

● strong track record of driving revenue through operations
