about the role:

we are looking for a highly motivated field recruiter to join our team in tijuana.

this position will play a key role in attracting talent for electrical construction projects in the united states. The field recruiter will work on-site and collaborate closely with our human resources and operations teams.

this role requires travel to different projects throughout the united states, so a passport and visa are required.

responsibilities:

- recruit primarily for specialized roles in the electrical construction industry, including journeymen, leads, superintendents, apprentices, electricians, etc.
- post job openings, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
- source candidates through various platforms and job fairs.
- maintain consistent communication with the u.s.-based team and candidates.




- track progress and report recruitment metrics.

requirements:

- must reside in tijuana, b.c.
- advanced written and spoken english (required).
- at least 4 years of recruiting experience in the electrical construction industry; experience recruiting for u.s.-based positions is preferred.
- excellent communication and organizational skills.
- availability to work on-site monday through friday.
- availability to travel throughout the united states.
