summary

acts as a strategic advisor and hr expert by aligning hr strategies with business goals, while providing support and guidance to management and employees.

key responsibilities

- develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating changes, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
- participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
- handle employee relations counseling,



outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
- assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and outcomes in relation to established departmental goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously improve department efficiency and service delivery.
- perform other duties as assigned by management.

qualifications & requirements

- a minimum of 2 years experience of human resources business partner is required.
- proficiency with microsoft office tools, particularly—though not limited to—excel pivot tables and data analysis in excel.
- advanced english level (b2 in cefr) and excellent communication skills.
- excellent leadership and organization skills, with critical mind-set and proactiveness
- position on-site to work in puebla .
