we are seeking an experienced plant manager to lead the overall performance of a manufacturing facility in celaya, guanajuato. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

responsibilities:

- lead all plant operations to achieve business and operational objectives.
- drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
- develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- lead, coach, and develop the plant leadership team.

- manage plant budgets, kpis, and resource planning.

qualifications:

- bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
- master’s degree or mba preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- 5+ years in a plant manager or senior manufacturing leadership role.
- experience leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements.
- strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, safety, and cost management.
