we are currently seeking a director of finance to lead the financial strategy of an international luxury resort located in cancun.

we are looking for a strategic and analytical leader with strong business acumen, capable of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence within a high-end hospitality environment.

key responsibilities:

• lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance

• drive cost optimization and profitability strategies

• partner closely with operations and executive leadership to support business decisions

• ensure alignment with corporate financial standards and policies

adecuado profile:





• previous experience in a senior finance leadership role within luxury or upscale hospitality

• strong knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and hotel operations
