requirements:
- experience managing microsoft 365 (exchange online, teams, sharepoint online, onedrive, and entra id/azure ad).
- l1 / l2 support and incident resolution.
- user, group, license, and policy management.
- knowledge of microsoft 365 security (mfa and conditional access).
- box migration experience.
- zoom administration (nice to have).
- fluent conversational english.
