**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to the sales team related to oil & gas equipment and solutions.
- Prepare and review technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Assist in client communication, understanding requirements, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Support the sales team in tender documentation, product specifications, and compliance processes.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and service teams for timely delivery of information.
- Participate in product demonstrations, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all technical and commercial requirements are met before submission of proposals.
- Provide after-sales technical assistance when required.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**




- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Knowledge of oil & gas equipment, or related products preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product manuals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills will be an added advantage.
