**Main Responsibilities**
- **Procurement and Purchasing Management**:Ensure timely supply of raw materials and components, managing quotations and purchases to meet project deadlines.
- **Inventory Optimization**:Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components according to established strategies and business demand.
- **Supplier Negotiation and Management**:Negotiate prices with current suppliers and seek alternative sources to reduce costs.
- **Planning and Monitoring**:Create and track the purchasing budget, as well as generate periodic reports on stock control.
- **Supply Chain Management**:Coordinate activities with the production area to anticipate issues and ensure the availability of necessary components.




- **Initial Product Purchases**:Purchase components for engineering changes and/or new programs.
- **Negotiation**:Negotiate contracts and payment terms.
- **Supplier Payments**:Reconcile receipts and payments to suppliers.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to understand risks and benefits in purchasing decisions.
- Strong understanding of mathematics and data analysis.
- Knowledge of the market and product value.
- LNI, LAE, APICS preferred.
- Valid visa, SENTRI preferred.
**Required Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience with ERP software and proficient with MS Office Suite ( Word, Power point, Excel)
- Fluent in Business English and Spanish in written and oral form.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply Chain Certification from a professional institution ( APICS, IIPMR, ISCEA, ISM, etc) are desirable
