**About the Job**
**Resposibilities**
- Greet and assist customers over the phone to determine their questions, needs and reasons for their patronage
- Provide information about the firm services
- Answer customer questions and inquiries using well-informed and specific responses to increase consumer trust and satisfaction
- Use sales techniques to persuade customer to acquire firm services.
- Build secure, lasting relationships with customers by providing consistent and thoughtful customer service based on diverse backgrounds, values and interests.
- Effetively deal with customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
- Positive attitude.
- Team work efforts, results oriented.
- Spanish and english speaker
- Call center experience




- _Previous_ _Sales experience is a plus_
- Full time availability.
**Schedule**
- Operation Schedule:_
6:00 am to 9:36 pm (Shift hours assigned after training)
5 days of work, 2 rest days
30 minute lunch break, two 15 minute breaks during the day
- Training schedule: _
8:00 am to 5:35 pm
Monday to Friday
**Salary and Benefits**
$15,000 gross monthly salary
+Comissions: $5 US dollars per appointment weekly
+$1,000 monthly food vouchers
+5 PTO's per year
