We are currently seeking a Network Engineering Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

This requisition seeks a highly skilled Network Engineer with a strong understanding of Cisco/Routing &

Cisco, and Aruba routers & switches, wireless controllers, and circuits.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, with a focus on Fortinet
SDWAN, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, routers, and switches.
- Serve as a technical liaison with vendors and customers,

- Provide on-call support for high-severity issues and facilitate change requests outside of business hours as

Key Skills:

**Requirements**:
- Strong proficiency in network performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques.
- Fair understanding of service provider routing and switching technologies (LDP, RSVP, MPLS, MP-BGP).
- Solid knowledge of network-related hardware and software.
- Foundational experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) including ****, and **** WLC models.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Routing & Switching.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.

24X7 rotational shift
