Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Program Manager_ located in _Flex_ _Guadalajara North site._
- This role involves_ working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Previous experience working on manufacturing company._
- _ Strong experience in NPI projects._
- _ Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets._
- _ In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results._
- _ Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required._
- _ Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics._
- _ Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program._
- _ Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel._
- _ Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L; and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities._
- _ In charge of customer ́s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions._




- _ Maintain current and develop additional business with customers._
- _ Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met._
- _ Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers._
- _ Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise._
- _ Liaise with business development managers, integral account managers, and senior management for pricing approval._
- _ Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables._
- _ Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc._
- _ Provide advice to Project/Product Managers to achieve financial goals in accordance with established policies (Price reviews, Quote vs Actuals, Profit Improvement Plan, etc).

- _ Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS degree._
- _ PMI certification is preferred._
- _ Advanced English level is required._
- _ Strong experience in NPI projects._
- Experience in material demand management.
- _ previous experience in program management and finance._
- _ Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site._
- _ P&L; responsibility for the function._
- _ Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives._
- _ Provides strategic leadership for the function and the site._
