POSITION SUMMARY
E&O; material reviewing / dispositioning
Inventory optimization for different sites
Inventory analyzing and reporting
New Gen ERP testing related
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyzing E&O; part list and work with the related departments on disposition of scrap for the parts without any demand anywhere
- Run excess inventory report and work with the related departments on materials transferring to reduce the potential excess inventory
- Inventory reporting and analyzing on specific projects
- Giving the necessary support to New Gen ERP testing and response to new requisitions
- Working with upper level managers on system improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Works in standard office environment and uses general office equipment (telephone, PC, copier, fax machine, etc.).
SKILLS
- Thorough understanding of SAP or Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Ability to effectively interpret and summarize statistical reports.
- Excellent judgment and initiative, including the ability to effectively balance multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including accurate data entry and experience with PC applications, such as Word (word-processing), Excel (spreadsheet), and/or relational databases. SAP a plus.
EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 1:3 years of MRP skills, and inventory data analyzing.
Desirable: Proven track record of success and growth in positions of increasing responsibility.
EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL: College / Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Computer Information Sciences, or Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.
Language on communication skill will be needed.
