The purpose of this role is to work with potential customers to obtain a CDL in one of our facilities, providing great customer service as the program gets explained in detail about what makes us better than the competitors.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5 pm (MX) Location: Queretaro
Abilities
- Advanced English required
- Must be proficient at typing
- Must be strong in computer navigation skills
- Must have friendly, customer service skills
- Sales background
Activities
- Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment.
- Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment.
- Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Institute policies and regulations.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Assist drivers in understanding CR England's fuel program and managing fuel expenses.

- Pay is base pay + uncapped commissions (10K MXN - 30K MXN, average recruiter makes 20K MXN)
