Our International Manufacturing Client is actively seeking a highly skilled engineering professional to join their team in the role of Costs. Specifically with a focus on cost accounting. Calculation of monthly GP per customer: (normal production, MVR, consignment, spot-buys) Client analysis with low GP. Cost simulation and cost scenario. PPV analysis by customer. Freight in analysis by customer. Analysis of freight out by customer. Allowance analysis by customer. WL & scrap performance analysis by part number. Analysis of labor and overhead per unit in production orders. Review of quotes.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering; Manufacturing, Industrial,  or other related.
- 5 years in Cost Accounting Verifiable Manufacturing/Automotive Industry.

Main activities and responsibilities:
- Client analysis with low GP.
- Cost simulation and cost scenario.
- PPV analysis by customer.
- Freight in analysis by customer.
- Analysis of freight out by customer.
- Allowance analysis by customer.
- WL & scrap performance analysis by part number.




- Analysis of labor and overhead per unit in production orders.
- Review of quotes.
- Preparation of quotations.
- Contact a corporate sales representative for quotes.
- Flat Price Audit Route audits, man time, and machine time.
- Search for new suppliers for direct material.
- Validation of savings compared to PPV.
