About the Role

As a Travel Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing, inputting, and maintaining travel contracts
within our system. This includes handling flight, hotel, and ground transportation agreements, ensuring that our database remains accurate and up to date. Since this system serves as the backbone of all sales activities, your role will directly impact the company's success.





The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the travel or tourism sector, preferably with exposure to a travel agency or tour operator back-office system. A strong understanding of flight and hotel sales is highly desirable. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone with a problem-solving mindset, a proactive approach to challenges, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, general company environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Input, configure, and maintain travel contracts (flights, hotels, and ground transportation) accurately in the our system.
- Ensure that all contracts are set up correctly to flow seamlessly through various sales channels by developing a strong understanding of our
methodology.
- Monitor travel inventory and sales data to proactively identify shortages, discrepancies, or any issues that may arise, escalating concerns as needed.
