Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Technical _Program Manager _located in _Flex Juarez_._
- Reporting to the _Program Management Director _this role will be responsible to Lead and execute of the customer requirements, and through that deliver the projected value to Flex and its customers, using tools and initiatives of the company, to maintain business relationship and maximize customer satisfaction._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Ensure compliance to contract and/or customer specific _requirements/Statement_ of Work (SOW) and responsible to document additional agreements not included in the contract._
- _ Develop and maintain business relationship; Maximize customer satisfaction.
Manage the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews, or as needed, to communicate deliveries, open commitments or overall progress of the account._
- _ Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)_
- _ Coordinates the process of Viewpoint, where customer's and GAM satisfaction is reviewed; It includes the implementation of actions with the organization to improve._
- _ Monitors, reports and coordinates any troubleshooting of accounts receivables (AR)_
- _ Approves changes to standard costs and updates sales price at least every quarter.




Claims raw materials revaluation to customer when applicable._
- _ Responsible and accountable to maintain price book in Baan._
- _ Creates the Forecast Demand Format and coordinates with finance the creation of Forecast Outlook (FOL) for its organization._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ Requires a bachelor's degree BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- English Advanced.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactivity: Anticipating executive needs and resolving operational issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels, from operators to directors.
- Attention to Detail: Essential for managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on plant performance.
- Operational Liaison: Serving as a point of contact between the plant and external departments.
- Logistics and Travel: Coordinating business trips, technical visits from suppliers to the plant, and logistics for corporate events.
- Schedule Management: Coordinating meetings between senior management and heads of production, quality, etc.
- Production Reports and KPIs
- Data analysis
- Development of executive presentations
- Knowledge of the manufacturing area
- Microsoft Office package (Advanced)

- Management or knowledge of new technologies (AI)
