**This position will be hybrid in our office in Reforma on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

**What You'll Do**:
- Contribute to the development of the Privilege Manager SaaS service and agent, learning the technology and systems that underpin the service
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for software quality and security
- Assist in troubleshooting cloud-production issues under guidance from senior team members
- Work on a Privilege Manager service product team, contributing to feature enhancements and customer fixes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) using Scrum processes to understand requirements and implement solutions
- Participate in improving development processes, including code quality, testing, and monitoring
- Grow your technical skills through mentorship from senior engineers
**What You'll Need**:




- 1+ years of professional experience working as a software engineer
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and tackle technical challenges
- Experience with **C# and.NET development** (exposure to.NET Core is a plus)
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral), with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Desire to deliver high-quality solutions to customers
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and basic software development practices
- Willingness to learn about DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
- Interest in cloud technologies and security principles
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts
**We'd Love to See**:
- Experience or coursework in cybersecurity or security-focused software development
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
- Knowledge of Windows development
- Previous internship or co-op experience in software development
- Experience of working with AI tools to enhance the development process
