Purpose of the Job
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for serving as the primary bridge between internal client teams and external execution partners, delivering programs professionally, to exact specifications, and in strict alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As the Senior Account Manager, you will act as the single point of contact for our clients, managing overall vendor bandwidth, resource scheduling, and output quality. You will translate high-level strategic goals into day-to-day tactical tasks, utilizing workflow tools like Asana and Google Workspace to maintain real-time visibility into project health. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional operational oversight and a proven ability to manage matrixed stakeholder relationships.
This will be a hybrid position based in company and client offices in Mexico City. This role will be required to be in office 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs),



establishing trusted partnerships and managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations across the account.
Own end-to-end program governance and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, establishing robust tracking frameworks to consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and quality benchmarks.
Act as the sole tactical interface between the internal client team and execution partners, translating complex business objectives into streamlined, flawless execution.
Oversee the agency team overall bandwidth, resource scheduling, and output quality, ensuring optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery of all assets.
Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by translating high-level strategic goals into actionable, day-to-day task assignments for the vendor pool.
Leverage project management tools (Asana, Google Workspace) to architect efficient workflows, track capacity forecasting,
