Junior Data Reporting Analyst – HR & Legal (Guadalajara – Hybrid)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Reporting Analyst to join our HR & Legal teams and transform complex information into clear, actionable insights. This role combines data analytics, reporting, and project coordination to support strategic initiatives across the organization. What You’ll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop automated, impactful dashboards.
- Manage, organize, and analyze data using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Create and maintain reports that track performance, trends, and deliverables.
- Support data audits and ensure accuracy in HRIS and related systems.
- Document processes, standards, and procedures for ongoing initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

What We’re Looking For




- Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, business analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data reporting or analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting), Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Ability to work from the Guadalajara office at least 3 days per week.
