LER TechForce, an industry leader in embedded controls, software, and functional safety, is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to focus on low-level software development for Autosar-compliant base software. This position plays a key role in supporting the development of advanced engine systems for automotive applications. What You’ll Be Doing

- Working within the AutoSAR Basic Software (BSW) layer to ensure compliance and performance.
- Cybersecurity & Functional Safety standard implementation.
- Utilize Vector DaVinci tools for Autosar development and integration.
- Develop and Run Unit tests using VectorCast.
- Support multicore systems using Infineon microcontrollers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engine control system development.
- Follow ASPICE process for development (SWE1-6).




- Run Polyspace/bugfinder for CERTC/MISRA issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Automotive protocols (CAN, UDS, XCP, MSC, Ethernet)
- Version control systems (Git, ClearCase, Integrity)

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

- 3+ years of experience in embedded C/C++ development.
- 3+ years working with Autosar Basic Software (BSW).
- Extensive experience operating in BSW layers like Complex Device Drivers, Bootloaders, I/O Hardware Abstraction.
- Debugging capability with Trace 32 with Aurix TC399 family of controllers.

Preferred

- Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
- Experience with Python and other scripting languages.
