Import & Export Analyst Location: Naucalpan, State of Mexico (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote) We're looking for an Import & Export Analyst with hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, customs documentation and cross-border logistics. If you have worked closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders and international suppliers, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do: - Coordinate and monitor international import and export shipments . - Follow up with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers. - Review import/export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, etc.). - Track deliveries and ensure material availability for production. - Support inventory control and SAP transactions. - Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing and Warehouse teams.



- Identify shipment risks and proactively communicate delays. What we're looking for - 2-5 years of experience in Import/Export Operations , International Logistics or Foreign Trade. - Experience coordinating international shipments and customs documentation. - Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export processes. - SAP experience preferred. - Advanced Excel. - English: Intermediate-Advanced (B2 or above) We offer: - Direct & Permanent contract with IDEMIA Secure Transactions - 25-27K MXN as monthly salary (gross salary) - 30 days of christmas bonus - Food coupons - 15 vacations days - Medical and Life Insurance - Saving Found (10% of salary)
