Join our Threat Detection & Response (TDR) team as a **Quality Assurance Auditor**, where you will conduct manual audits to maintain high standards and align processes with our Quality Framework.
You will play a vital role in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the completeness and compliance of security operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform comprehensive manual audits of TDR processes focusing on accuracy, compliance, completeness, responsiveness, and legal requirements
- Evaluate resolution and final issue classification, hyperlink accuracy, escalation and incident reporting accuracy, and timeline entry accuracy
- Conduct audits across various quality programs emphasizing reporting and compliance
- Identify and document discrepancies, errors, and areas requiring improvement
- Contribute to the weekly QA findings report
- Support efforts to expand the team's capability for manual audits to align with the broader QA framework
- Collaborate with TDR teams to provide feedback and facilitate corrective actions based on audit findings
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience or background in quality assurance or security operations
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience with manual auditing processes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with security operations centers and threat detection concepts
- Understanding of quality assurance frameworks
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience in security operations or related field
- Knowledge of quality assurance metrics and key performance indicators
- Experience conducting operational audits
- Familiarity with customer and internal reporting processes
