**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the end-to-end creation and editing of videos and other multimedia content.
- Manage freelancers, editors, and other creative contributors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand positioning and reach among Mid-Market businesses for a B2B AI company.
- Design and manage side projects aimed at improving marketing expenditures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design pieces, social media campaigns,



and marketing initiatives with business goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Creative Project Lead or in a similar role within marketing, video production, or social media management.
- Strong skills in video creation and editing, as well as managing creative teams (freelancers, editors, etc.).
- Interest in B2B marketing and understanding of AI/SaaS industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
