Field Sales & Business Building work is focused on face-to-face selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions to the end customer via intermediaries such as distributors and re-sellers (i.e., Face-to-face selling to new channel partners/distributors and cross/up/repeat sales to existing channel partners/distributors Maintaining and expanding existing relationships with organizations distributing products, services and/or solutions.

Developing and delivering product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners/distributors and may also train channel partner/distributor sales personnel in product use and sales techniques.

With minimal supervision, leads a team of entry-level or mid-level professionals.

Sets goals for team members to achieve results that affect the sub-function in the short term.





Lead and mentor a team ensuring optimal performance and flawless execution of intricate activities at the point of sale. Deploy indirect channel activation initiatives to ensure a consistent and high-quality consumer experience and acquisition at points of sale. Advanced proficiency in indirect retail operations, including stakeholder engagement, channel activation, and consumer experience management.

Proficient in managing non-routine tasks and making sound decisions within the scope of responsibility, requiring minimal supervision.

Elevate team performance by recognizing and applying improvements to processes and systems within the job area, with a greater emphasis on market dynamics and opportunities.
