We are seeking a **proactive and analytical Marketing Intern** to support our **conversion-rate optimization (CRO)** initiatives and assist our design and marketing teams as we enhance the AVO website and digital experiences.
This internship offers hands-on experience working on real-world projects that improve usability, accessibility, and visual storytelling.

**What You'll Do**:
As a CRO Marketing Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Support the creation of wireframes, mockups, and visual assets.
- Help document design systems and maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with senior designers and developers in an agile workflow.
- Assist in UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with PostHog (tracking events, creating dashboards, analyzing user paths, retention, or funnels).
**Who You Are**:
We're looking for someone who is:
- **Currently studying or recently graduated** in Design, UX/UI, Communication, or related fields.
- **Familiar**.
with Figma,



Canva, or other design tools
- **Detail-oriented** with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- **A strong communicator**, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
You must be highly fluent in English.
- **Eager to learn**, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Interested in **digital user experiences.
