What will you do?
- Support the Finance and Plant Controlling team by preparing monthly financial reports, assisting in internal and external audits, automating reports and improving financial processes.
- Interact with operational areas to gather relevant data for financial analysis and contribute to the monthly plant closing.
- Help document financial processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Who will you report to?
You will report to the Business Finance Sr. Analyst , working under the guidance of a collaborative finance team. You'll also interact with operational stakeholders across the plant, gaining visibility into production, logistics, and cost control processes. This is a contributor role with opportunities to take initiative and lead small improvement projects.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field , graduating in July 2027 or later.
- Intermediate Excel skills are required (pivot tables, formulas, charts), and familiarity with systems like SAP is a plus.
- A basic understanding of financial and cost accounting concepts will help you succeed.
- Intermediate English proficiency is preferred for reading reports and basic communication.
- Proactive attitude, taking initiative and ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
