**Duties**:
1. Responsible Revised, Process and distributed working documents in shop floor.
2. Responsible to manage obsolete working documents.
3. Management of Closed Records.
4. Management of internal and External Drawings Room.
5. ERP System Activities.
6.



Coordinates and Audit document logs in shop floor.
7. Give support for internal customer (Eng/ Operations/ Quality Engineer / Customer Solutions).
8. Certain other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.

- Audits

List the requirements below that are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully accomplish the essential duties of the job.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Translation, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- English (70% written and spoken).
- Ability to been able to multitask.
- Knowledge: Human relationships at work, trouble solutions, drawings interpretation.
- Initiative, careful, good manners.
- Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) ERP Experience
