**Your Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support onboarding by ensuring logistics, systems, and compliance are ready for new hires
- Maintain accurate data in SAP SuccessFactors and background check platforms.
- Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
**Your profile**:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or onboarding coordination, ideally in a multi-country or international setting.
- Experience supporting LATAM countries.
- Strong coordination, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset.
