This Position reports to:
Production Development Specialist
**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement.
Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed.
You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: On site
This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Update and maintain work instructions and visual aids to ensure alignment with current production processes.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to gather accurate process information and translate it into clear documentation.




- Support the standardization of visual documentation across different production lines.
- Assist in identifying areas where documentation improvements can enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Ensure that updated instructions and visual aids are communicated effectively to production operators.
**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**
- Currently studying in 7th or 8th Semester in an Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering Degree or related field.
- Intermediate Business Conversational English.
- Strong written communication and attention to details.
- Team building, creativity, proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic knowledge of technical drawing or CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD preferred).
- Familiarity with ISO-**** documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with assembly processes.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
