**Your Role**
- Lead and facilitate Lean transformation initiatives across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Implement and enhance agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to improve project management and team collaboration.
- Conduct thorough analyses of operational processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Design and execute change management strategies that support the successful adoption of new initiatives and processes throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights through interviews and workshops, translating findings into actionable plans.
- Mentor and train team members on Lean principles and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
**Who You Are**
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in organizational transformation,



with a focus on Lean management and change management methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating workshops to drive engagement and buy-in for change initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify process inefficiencies and formulate improvement strategies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, with a track record of successfully leading change and managing resistance in complex environments.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management) are a plus.
