Main Responsibilities

- Leads global & local controls monitoring, supports audits, and drives remediation of control issues.
- Governs P&CI; standards, methodologies, and process/control documentation.
- Supports risk management and ensures compliance with HEINEKEN Rules and policies.
- Drives Continuous Improvement culture and delivers process and control improvements.
- Raises fraud awareness and strengthens preventive measures.
- Partners with OpCos, Integral Functions, Audit, and external stakeholders.
- Supports P&CI; functional ownership, priorities, and capability development.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting or related.
- Experience: 7+ years in internal auditing and internal controls and/or finance roles.
- Ability to prioritize assignments, self-driven, and proactive.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
