Overview
At eJam, we scale innovative consumer brands through performance-driven digital marketing. Our CRO team is central to this mission, continuously testing and optimizing landing pages, advertorials, checkouts, offers, and retention flows to maximize conversions and customer LTV. Type: Independent Contractor • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm ARG • Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Own project timelines for CRO initiatives across all five core functions (Product LP, Advertorial LP, Checkout, Offer, Retention).
- Translate backlog ideas into actionable ClickUp tasks with clear ownership and deadlines.
- Maintain visibility into each test cycle — from backlog through QA, launch, and winner/loser analysis.
- Team Coordination
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA, designers, and copywriters, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Align with function owners (Zoee, Shaun, Daniel, Sofija, Lukas) to prioritize initiatives based on KPIs and revenue pacing.
- Facilitate weekly function meetings, capturing decisions and updating ClickUp accordingly.
- Process & Workflow Management
- Standardize ClickUp processes across CRO lists (Product LP, Advertorial, Checkout, Offer, Retention).
- Ensure SOPs, naming conventions,
and RACI assignments are consistently followed.
- Track iteration cadences (e.g., 2-3 LP tests/week, 1-2 advertorials/week, etc.) to maintain pipeline velocity.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare weekly scorecards and progress reports highlighting winners, losers, and next initiatives.
- Flag risks or bottlenecks and propose solutions before they impact timelines.
- Provide CRO leadership with clear summaries of output, batting average, and testing velocity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3+ years in project management within digital marketing, CRO, or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp (or similar tools: Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Knowledge of A/B testing processes and CRO workflows highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume testing environments
