Job Description
The FP&A; Team Leader – Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is a key leadership role within the Global Analytics & Insights (GA&I;) organization. GA&I; centralizes, standardizes, and optimizes FP&A; operations across the enterprise, enabling finance teams and business partners to focus on value-added analysis, decision support, and business impact.

Reporting to the Manager,



Global Analytics & Insights – General Sales & Marketing, this role operates within a global team and partners primarily with finance and business leaders in the United States.

The Team Leader is responsible for leading a small team of Senior Analysts supporting forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and business performance management for the GSM organization.

In addition to owning standard reporting, causals, forecasting, and analytical activities, the Team Leader acts as a transformation leader, driving the evolution of reporting and analytics through technology, standardized processes, centralized operating models, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and insight generation.
