We are currently looking for a Operations Manager to join our team in DOGA Mexico and lead the manufacturing operations at our plant.
ESSENTIAL TASKS
- Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Lead and develop production teams, including supervisors and operators,.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards across all plant operations.




- Monitor operational KPIs across all plant functions and implement corrective and improvement actions when necessary.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Oversee all plant support functions including maintenance, facilities, logistics, and HSE to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage and develop local supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, and delivery performance.
- Oversee intercompany supply flows, coordinating with sister plants and corporate procurement to ensure continuity and alignment with production schedules.
- Monitor and improve end-to-end supply chain performance, including lead times, inventory levels, and supplier reliability, while identifying and mitigating supply risks.
- Lead operational planning processes including budgeting, headcount, and capital expenditure proposals.
