- Supports Sr Customer Quality Engineer to track, measure and report Customer Claims
- Supports the efforts and continuous improvement projects for the KPIs of the Quality department.
- Supports Sr Customer Quality Engineer in activities related to RMA Process
- Supports on Warranty analysis reports working with warranty technician
- Interact in a daily basis with Inspectors, Technicians and Engineers to get information needed to support customer claims responses
- Supports Customer Quality Engineer to execute activities related to sorting product.
- Supports Sr Customer Quality Engineer in daily Tiered meetings and takes responsibility for quality concerns raised.
Escalate where appropriate.
- Give supports to Sr Customer Quality Engineer to maintain an appropriate follow up of Customer claims
- Participate in Cross-functional root cause analysis - Develop digital process to improve Supplier and Customer areas
- May be assigned other activities related to Supplier Quality to address supplier component claims according to the procedure
- Supports Supplier Quality trends,



metrics and reports
- Provide support to the incoming inspection area developing projects to improve the areas
- Participate in the development of strategies focus on Supplier and Customer.
Experiência y requisitos
- English - language capability, speaking, reading and writing required.

- 1+ years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in Quality Process, Quality Management System or Similar Quality areas
