**Job Description**:
Assist SCAN Health members with various inquiries and tasks, such as transferring calls, sending documents, and explaining the benefits of their coverage plans.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive and satisfying experience for all members.
Schedule:
Training and Operations: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:40 pm, Weekends Off
**Requirements**:
- Conversational in both English and Spanish (B2)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Mexican documents
- Call Center Experience or Medical Related Experience
