Provides Engineering specifications, Auto Cad drawings, and material specifications for Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical projects in compliance with all regulatory standards for the work being performed.

Provides building maintenance actions and periods, and reviews layout in areas.

Essential duties and responsibilities

- Planning and coordinate maintenance technicians' activities
- Provide designs specifications and documentation to create changes and remodeling projects in the building
- Provide technical assistance to the operation department, and make improvements in process already in the place
- Assurance their facilities comply with regulations and codes
- Coordinate and tester external services suppliers,



scheduler preventive maintenance of the facilities
- Develop, implement and monitor corporate-wide business continuity and recovery plans

Required competences

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering related
- Experience: 3-4 Years of experience in related position, knowledge in critical equipment maintenance
- Advance English Level

Job Knowledge

- Analysis in troubleshooting
- Reading and interpreting electric, hydraulic and mechanic diagrams
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft office
- AutoCad
- Project management
