Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Process Engineer to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

- Analyze, monitor, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-based decision‑making.
- Prepare and present executive‑level reports with actionable insights.
- Develop, update, and standardise operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Conduct root‑cause problem‑solving analysis, cause mapping, and other problem‑solving activities to eliminate process inefficiencies and failures.
- Lead cross‑functional projects and collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and other departments.
- Train plant personnel on process standards and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental,



and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in process engineering within chemical or manufacturing plants.
- Strong knowledge of process optimisation, data analysis, and industrial operations.
- Experience with KPI management, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Solid problem‑solving skills, including experience with root‑cause analysis methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with all levels of the organisation.
- Fluent or proficient in English.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is desirable but not mandatory.
