Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a results-oriented leader with a
strong background in digital financial products and a proven track record of driving success in competitive markets. The idóneo candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a CPO, VP of Product, or similar senior leadership role within fintech, banking, digital banking, or payments.
- Deep expertise in credit cards, lending, and digital financial products.




- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing product performance and driving user growth.
- Hands-on experience with digital onboarding, risk management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
- A track record of launching and scaling successful financial products in competitive markets.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, which will be assessed during the interview process.
