**Internal Recruiter (Tech & High-Volume Staffing)**:

We're hiring an experienced **Internal Recruiter** to lead full-cycle hiring efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
If you have a background in staffing agencies, experience working with tech clients, and can confidently conduct technical interviews, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
**What You'll Do**:
- Own the **end-to-end recruitment process**: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Manage **multiple requisitions** at once across technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers and tech clients to align on requirements and expectations
- Keep clean records using an **ATS** and other recruitment platforms
- Identify areas for **process improvement** to increase efficiency and quality
**What You Bring**:
- 2-3+ years of **full-cycle recruiting** experience,



with a focus on staffing and volume hiring
- Hands-on experience with **technical recruiting** and interviewing
- Track record of success working with **tech clients** and complex role requirements
- Tech-savvy and familiar with **ATS tools** and sourcing platforms
- Must be able to work PST or EST hours at least part of the week
