Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with a total of 5+ years of programming experience, including 3 years of specialized experience in Power Platform development. The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps applications, including canvas and model‑driven apps.
- Create and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third‑party applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Document development processes, configurations, and user guides.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6+ years of total hands‑on experience with a strong understanding of software development principles.
- Must have - Minimum 3 years of hands‑on strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop Flow and Cloud Flow, Canvas, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Proficiency in developing canvas and model‑driven apps using Power Apps.
- Experience with creating workflows and automations using Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and visualization using Power BI.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

- Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
