We’re looking for a Financial Services Representative Intern to join our team! In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, follow up with clients, and support collection efforts to ensure timely payments. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, organization, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on a portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Contact customers through calls and emails regarding outstanding balances.
- Update customer account information in the system.
- Verify customer data to ensure accuracy for automatic payments.
- Support collection activities to help keep accounts current.

Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Currently studying Finance or a related field.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate systems efficiently.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.




- Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Mexican Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC) required.
