Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for human resources?
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team!
**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop recruitment goals and objectives.
- Create a sustainable recruitment strategy aligned with our business aims.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write and edit compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize a multi-channel approach to recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and data privacy regulations.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Over 3 years of experience in recruiting or a similar HR role.
In IT Recruiting, such as Software Development teams, Data & Analytics, SAP, and Salesforce.
- + 2 years working from hunting agencies
- Strong desire to understand job requirements and the recruitment process.
- English Advanced Level C1- C2
- Passion for HR and talent acquisition methods.




- Ability to screen large volumes of resumes effectively.
- Understanding of employer branding methods is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and HR tools (ATS, HRIS, AI) is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
