Job Summary

- Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Sr Process Engineer role involves _ In charge of process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality, and delivery improvements to hold up a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Understand manufacturing processes, technologies, and products._
- _ Implement designs and processes for manufacturability._
- _ Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process._




- _ Support daily production activities and problem-solving._
- _ Purchase and implement capital equipment for production._
- _ Establish robust process parameters and control methodologies._
- _ Troubleshoot process-related issues and improve efficiency._
- _ Evaluate and select engineered materials._
- _ Enhance safety, productivity, and yield._
- _ Lead cost _improvement/reduction_ programs._
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Experience in manufacturing processes such as SMT, PTH, Front End, and secondary process_
- _ Ability to negotiate with CFT and Staff members_
- _ Clear communication skills_
- _ Advance English level_
- _ Availability to travel occasionally_
- _ Customer focus_
