Responsibilities

- QA knowledge required (quality, QMS --- this is not QA testing)
- Writing URS documents / maintaining existing URS documents
- Able to meet with business customers in person and virtual to gather, understand and test requirements directly in the system.
- Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) knowledge preferred but not required.
- Curiosity is key - ask questions, challenge
- Will need to liaise with remote Computer Validation Teams.
- Will need to liaise with Core Team - QA and IT leaders
- Will need to liaise with IT and other technical staff
- Will need to liaise with Business Process Owners (Business teams both in person and virtual)
- Software Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge required.
- System /Data Integration knowledge:

Not just systems but must have Data Mapping/Data Integration experience.

- Power BI, ETL

Plus

- Veeva Quality Suite application knowledge preferred but not required
- Any Veeva application knowledge preferred but not require
