**Main Activities**:
- Responsible for **processing customer orders, including receiving and confirming purchase orders (POs).
**:
- Accurately enters PO information into the **SAP system** **(SD Module)**, following established procedures.
- Coordinates with the Logistics Department for shipments from local inventory and with Headquarters for direct shipments from China.
- Manages customs clearance for direct shipments from China.
- Provides timely updates to customers regarding shipment status through to delivery.
- Responds promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring full resolution.
- Tracks customer complaints and follows up to ensure satisfactory settlement.
- Supports additional projects and initiatives as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or related field of study.
- More than **3 years of experience**in customer service or a similar position.
Experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
- **Advanced English is a must.
**:
- Familiar with **import and export operations**, especially for chemicals.
- **Proficiency in SAP (SD Module)**.
- Demonstrated proficiency with **Microsoft Office suite**of software products, e.g. Excel, Word, etc., with strong proficiency in Excel.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Proactivity and sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask.
