Requirements:
- 1 year of experience providing customer follow-up in air import and export operations.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures, permits, regulations, shipment documentation, preparation of invoices, certificates, letters, and file management.
- Familiarity with document review processes, cargo release, response times, and coordination with operational areas.
- Ability to monitor flight status, cargo movement, deliveries, and pending documentation.
- Experience using platforms, portals,
and systems related to air traffic and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, airlines, customs brokers, and internal teams.
- Availability to work rotating shifts and days off.
- Strong customer service orientation, organization skills, and ability to work under pressure.
