Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineering Senior Advisor to provide technical leadership and strategic guidance across enterprise software initiatives. This role focuses on architecture direction, engineering best practices, modernization, and delivery excellence while acting as a trusted advisor to engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide senior-level technical guidance on software design, architecture, and engineering standards
• Advise on application modernization, refactoring, and cloud-native development
• Establish and promote coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Partner with product, security, and platform teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and quality engineering practices
• Review designs, code, and delivery plans for complex initiatives
• Serve as an escalation point for critical technical challenges





Required Experience & Skills
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong architecture and design background
• Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, etc.)
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience with cloud-native development and modern SDLC practices
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder advisory skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with large-scale modernization or platform transformation
• Familiarity with security, performance, and scalability best practices
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance) preferred
