To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an **Inside Sales Representative** (F/M), to work at our office in Mexico City, Mexico.
You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success and customer satisfaction.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As part of a sales team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Follow existing customers and increase our business with them.
- Prepare quotations and carry-out commercial negotiation with both clients and suppliers.
- Follow up on quotations with the customers.
- Understand PCB technical drawings (Gerber files).
- Register quotes, PO in our SAP system.
- Follow up KPI and ensure that we are reaching our sales forecast with active customers.
- Support the outside sales team during their business trips.
- Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Engineering, quality, customer service ).
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
- Manage stocking programs, Call-off, VMI, CMI
- Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements and business opportunities.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Engineering and/or business education
- Experienced individual would be preferred but younger individuals with sales experience can apply
- You are fluent in English (oral and written required)
- Good knowledge of SAP system




- Your listening skills are great (towards customers, colleagues), you are empathetic
- You like communication and customer relations
- You are able to deal with cross-functional and international relations, in a multicultural company
- You are reactive and know how to find relevant solutions
- You are also proactive, determined and persevering, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit
